John Marks Jr., once he is located, will be arrested on a charge of murdering his common-law wife, Fort Collins psychic Kathy Adams, The Larimer County Sheriff’s Department said Wednesday.
Adams’ decomposing body was found in a ravine off U.S. Highway 36 between Lyons and Estes Park last weekend. She had been missing since Oct. 12. Their car was found a few days later abandoned at a Longmont motel.
Family members have said Adams was planning to leave Marks, and when deputies went to their home they found evidence that indicated foul play.
