The Colorado Public Utilities Commission will hold a special hearing Monday at 4 p.m. for the public to make comments on the proposed merger between Denver-based Qwest and Monroe, La.-based CenturyLink.
The hearing will be held at 1560 Broadway, Suite 250, in Denver.
