Raytheon Co. has completed a key design review of the Next Generation Global Positioning System Advanced Control Segment, or OCX, which signals readiness to move ahead with the next development phase.

A three-day software-specification review was recently conducted at Raytheon’s Intelligence and Information Systems facility in Aurora.
