Robert “Hal” Cooper will retire as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Republic Airways, it was announced Wednesday.
Cooper, who has been with Republic for more than 11 years, will remain in the position until a successor is named and a transition is completed. Republic is the parent company of Frontier Airlines.
