SEOUL, South Korea — The South Korean Navy fired warning shots at a North Korean fishing boat Wednesday after the vessel strayed across the two Koreas’ border on the Yellow Sea, the Defense Ministry said. The North Korean boat then retreated, the ministry said. The episode came just a week before the opening of the Group of 20 economic summit meeting Nov. 11-12 in Seoul.
