ARUSHA, Tanzania — Tanzania’s President Jakaya Kikwete won a second term in office with 61 percent of the vote, election officials said Friday. Kikwete’s closest competitor in last weekend’s election, Wilbrod Slaa, won 26 percent of the vote.
