A man diagnosed as a “sexual sadist” has been sentenced to 32 years in prison for repeatedly sexually assaulting two women while they were unconscious.
Timothy Layne Martinez, 32, will serve the 32 years followed by 12 years of sex offender intensive supervision, according to Pam Russell, spokeswoman for the Jefferson County district attorney’s office.
Prosecutors said the sexual assaults occurred during a 10-month period in 2006 when Martinez repeatedly sexually assaulted his girlfriend and his girlfriend’s sister while both were unconscious.
During that time, Martinez moved the unconscious victims into various poses and arranged camera angles to produce the video images he desired, according to prosecutors. Neither woman recalls the assaults, and investigators believed they were drugged at the time of the incidents.Howard Pankratz, The Denver Post
