A federal bankruptcy judge has approved a Chapter 11 reorganization plan by Las Vegas and Colorado casino owner Riviera Holdings Corp.
The plan approved Monday would replace about $280 million in debt with a $50 million loan, and creditors will receive company stock in proportion to what they are owed, the Las Vegas Review- Journal reports. The company owns the Riviera Black Hawk Casino in Black Hawk.
