Daniel Tosh’s hit Comedy Central show “Tosh.O” could hardly be simpler: The L.A. comedian rounds up viral video clips, mocks them, then follows up with the “stars” of the clips to get their side of the story — and mock them some more. But the format’s simplicity is part of why it’s so brilliant, acting as a showcase for both the latest and greatest YouTube videos and Tosh’s own highly sarcastic sense of humor. His “Tosh Tour Twenty Ten” visits the Wells Fargo Theatre on Jan. 15 as part of its massive, 60-city jaunt. Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. today. ($35-$45, )

The Disco Biscuits have enjoyed success as part of the recent wave of jamtronica bands, which includes trippy, electro-tinged acts like STS9 and Lotus, so it’s no surprise they do well in Colorado, given our love of jam bands and expansive sounds. The Philadelphia group returns to Denver for a two-night stint at the Ogden Theatre Jan. 15-16. Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday. ($32.50, Ticketmaster)

DeVotchKa’s gypsy-punk-mariachi sound is romantic to the core — and not in the hackneyed Hallmark way — so it makes sense that the celebrated, theatrical act puts on annual Valentine’s Day-themed shows. This year’s installment, at the Fillmore Auditorium on Feb. 12, will also celebrate the release of the Denver band’s fifth album on Anti- Records, “100 Lovers,” which drops Feb. 15 but will be available to purchase at the Fillmore. Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday. ($25, )

Imagination Movers is a somewhat generic name for a band, but kids know and love the Disney-backed New Orleans group that peddles pop-rock confections with uplifting lyrics. The group’s 50-city “In a Big Warehouse” tour will stop by the Paramount Theatre for three shows March 11-12. Tickets are on sale at 10 a.m. today. ($25-$35, TicketHorse)

Disney on Ice returns for eight performances of its “Let’s Celebrate” show at the Pepsi Center Dec. 9-12. Tickets for the character-happy song-and-dance concerts are on sale. ($15-$75, TicketHorse)

Girl Talk shows are famous for their sweaty energy and lack of boundaries between performer and audience (with many folks ending up on stage throughout the night), and the Pittsburgh-bred act’s March 11 show at the Ogden Theatre should be no different. Tickets for the mischievous mashup concert are on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday. ($30.75-$35, Ticketmaster)

Michael Franti & Spearhead have hooked up with Conscious Alliance for their Harvest Ball food drive at the 1stBank Center on Nov. 27. Fans bringing 10 food items (healthy ones are encouraged) will receive a free limited-edition event poster. Tickets for the show, with openers the Motet, are on sale. ($37.50, TicketHorse)
