SEOUL, South Korea — A fire tore though a nursing home in the southeastern South Korea, killing 10 people and injuring 17 others, police said today.
All of the victims were in their 70s and 80s and sleeping when the fire broke out on the first floor of a two-story building early today in Pohang, police officer Lee In-Shik said.
Officials were trying to determine its cause.
