The Iowa Speedway in Newton is offering a new incentive to fans for next season — layaway. Speedway officials said fans can purchase season tickets for a deposit of just $25 and pay off the rest of the balance in 2011. Season tickets for the 2011 schedule start as $129 per seat and are the same price as they were this year. Fans will have the option of paying off their balance in three installments. The Iowa Speedway will host two NASCAR Nationwide races, a NASCAR Trucks race and its annual IndyCar event in 2011.
