Getting your player ready...

Height: 5-feet-11.

Weight: 160 pounds.

Age: 17. Born: Nov. 27, 1992, in Denver.

High school sport: Softball (2010 Class 4A all-state honorable mention outfielder by The Denver Post) and gymnastics (2010 4A all-around champion while competing at Thompson Valley).

Grade-point average: 3.45.

Class: Senior.

My favorite subject: Chemistry.

My favorite athlete: Alex Rodriguez.

My favorite team: New York Yankees.

What I listen to: Country.

The best things on my training table: A bunch of steak and Italian food.

Pregame ritual: I just go play.

Time management tip: I’ve learned over the years with gymnastics to manage and just use the time I have. I don’t want to lose any of it training or working out. I manage it to get my work done, then take one thing at a time.

Planned career: Athletic training; signed with Northern Colorado to play softball.

My family: Parents Stephanie and Brad, brother Logan, sister Haleigh.

I would love to visit: Germany.

What high school sports mean to me: I really did like high school sports. They’re just a fun, relaxed way to go out and play and meet a lot of new people, which was nice. They teach you about the same as club sports. You work hard, make sure school comes first and just have fun with it.
