“The Cassini Code” book signing

Today. Local author and Mix 100 radio personality Dom Testa signs copies of “The Cassini Code,” the third book in his Galahad teen science-fiction series. Testa is also the man behind The Big Brain Club, a nonprofit organization that encourages young people to achieve scholastic success. “Hudson Holiday” illuminated

Now through Jan. 2. “Hudson Holiday,” the award-winning holiday lighting display at The Hudson Gardens and Event Center, is now underway. The attraction boasts 15 acres of lighting designed to transform the venue into a winter wonderland. Especially popular are the horse-drawn carriage rides and glowing garden railroad. Admission is $9 for adults, $8 for seniors, and $6 for children; kids 3 and under are free. 5-9 p.m. weekends through mid-December, and then daily until January. 6115 S.
