AURORA — The City Council on Monday night moved forward regulations for medical-marijuana patients and caregivers in how the pot is grown in their homes.
The ordinance now goes to a formal vote of the City Council at an upcoming meeting.
The council also moved forward for a formal vote a ban on medical- marijuana dispensaries in the city, which voters approved this month.
