The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration has issued Styro-Tech LLC in Denver 20 “serious” and four “other-than-serious” citations for not having a comprehensive safety program related to the use of flammable material.

The citations come with proposed penalties of $66,400. OSHA’s inspection of Styro- Tech’s foam-manufacturing facility was initiated under a site-specific targeting program focusing on employers with high injury and illness rates.
