Boulder police today said 29-year-old Justin Frohna has been arrested in connection with a holdup early Monday at a Taco Bell on Baseline Road.

Frohna was arrested this afternoon and booked into the Boulder City Jail, where he is being held on $100,000 bond.

Witnesses to the robbery helped identify Frohna, police said. He was arrested at his apartment on Canyon Boulevard, about two miles from the restaurant.

Police have not found the pistol allegedly used in the robbery at about 3:30 a.m. Monday, after a man accosted an employee outside the closed restaurant and demanded to come in. Other employees were inside as the robber took money from the cash drawers, police said in a news release.

No one was injured and no shots were fired.
