DENVER — An employee of a medical-marijuana dispensary has been arrested on suspicion of distributing child pornography.
Andrew Kubicek, 29, is being held for investigation of sexual exploitation of children, according to Denver police spokesman John White.
A joint investigation by Denver and Westminster police into a suspected network that shared child pornography via computer files led them to Kubicek.
Kubicek’s bail was set at $20,000.
