Weingarten Realty Investors said Monday that it has acquired two retail shopping centers in Edgewater and Houston with some 636,000 square feet of space.
The Edgewater Marketplace at 1931 Sheridan Blvd. has 145,000 square feet of space and is 98 percent leased, the company said. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
