Denver nightclub czar Francois Safieddine has signed a lease on the former Ruth’s Chris Steak House space at 1445 Market St., which has been vacant since May 2009.
Plans for the space, in a building owned by the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, are not set yet.
“The concept has not been confirmed,” said Paulina Szafranski, marketing director for Lotus Concepts, Safieddine’s company. “There might be food included, but it won’t be mainly a restaurant.”
Safieddine also owns 24K Lounge, Oak Tavern, Suite 200 and 5 Degrees.
