Anyone wanting to make Christmas merry for a service member in Iraq or Afghanistan with a letter or package must mail it by today.
The deadline applies only to mail bound for Iraq and Afghanistan; Friday is the deadline for Christmas delivery to other overseas destinations. The U.S. Postal Service suggests using a flat-rate box, which customers can use to send packages up to 70 pounds around the globe at a flat postage rate.
