The 31-story Granite Tower office building downtown is under contract for $149 million in a deal that’s expected to close by the end of the year, according to real estate brokers.
Newport Beach, Calif.-based KBS Cos. is paying $265 a square foot for the 561,000-square-foot building at 1099 18th St.
Granite Properties paid $88.5 million, or $160 a foot, for the property in 2005.
