Aspen police have found a video that recorded a man who has been missing for almost a week boarding a bus alone, but getting off the bus with several people.
George Aldrich, 28, was reported missing Nov. 29 when he didn’t show up for work in Snowmass Village, according to a release from Aspen police.
Family members identified him on the video after a Roaring Fork Transportation Authority employee spotted him while reviewing it.
The video shows Aldrich rode the bus from a public bus terminal at Rubey Park to the Truscott bus stop, where he exited the bus at 11:20 p.m. on Nov. 29, according to the release.
Police are attempting to identify other bus passengers who boarded the same bus at Ruby Park.
On Saturday, police will also renew a ground search near the Truscott/Pyramid Drive/Roaring Fork Golf Course area.
