BOGOTÁ, Colombia — Rescue teams, having recovered the bodies of 31 victims of a massive weekend landslide, continued to search Tuesday for as many as 90 others feared dead under debris in a poor hillside neighborhood of Bello, a suburb of Medellin. President Juan Manuel Santos visited the scene of the avalanche in northwest Colombia on Tuesday and promised to help those displaced by the disaster while sparing no expense to recover victims’ bodies.
