ASPEN, Colo.—Sheriff’s officials in Colorado have suspended a physical search for a Snowmass ski area lift operator who disappeared two weeks ago.
Pitkin County sheriff’s officials said Friday they will keep chasing leads to find 28-year-old George Aldrich but that field operations are suspended.
Aldrich had moved to Snowmass Village this fall from Rhode Island.
He was last seen getting off a Roaring Fork Transportation Authority bus around 10:20 p.m. Nov. 27 after spending the evening in Aspen with friends.
