Denver-based Forest Oil Corp. announced Monday that its wholly owned subsidiary Lone Pine Resources Inc. has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission on a proposed initial public offering of common stock.
Lone Pine will be the new parent of Canadian Forest Oil Ltd., which owns all of Forest’s Canadian assets.
