Vestas Wind Systems A/S said it has won an order for 44 of its V100-1.8 megawatt wind turbines for the Rockland wind farm at American Falls, Idaho.
The contract, placed by Ridgeline Energy LLC, includes delivery and commissioning of the wind turbines, and a 10-year service and maintenance agreement.
