Ed Bozarth and his partners, owners of Ed Bozarth Chevrolet, said Friday that they have completed their purchase of Bill Kobach Buick GMC in Topeka, Kan.
More than 100 vehicles will be moved from the Kobach location to the Ed Bozarth Chevrolet dealership in Topeka.
