Flags on all state and federal buildings will be lowered to half-staff today in honor of Marine Lance Cpl. Jose A. Hernandez, 19.
Hernandez was killed Dec. 14 in Afghanistan. He was born in Iowa and grew up in Pueblo, where his mother still lives.
