1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
16 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
3 tablespoons good quality olive oil
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon aged balsamic vinegar
Salt and freshly ground pepper
