Five former members of New Frontier Bank’s board of directors, as well as the bank’s former chief lending officer, have been barred from running a financial institution, according to an order made public Thursday by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.
The orders of prohibition were originally issued by the FDIC on Nov. 4.
Former bank officials who received them are Larry Seastrom, Robert Brunner, Timothy Thissen, John Kammeier, Jack Renfroe and Greg Bell. Seastrom served as bank president, Bell was the chief lending officer, and the other four joined Seastrom in serving on the board of directors in April 2009 when the FDIC shut down New Frontier, at the time Greeley’s largest community bank.
