DILLON — Fewer vehicles used Interstate 70 through the Eisenhower Tunnel last year than in 2009, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation.The count for 2010 was 11,391,704 vehicles, a 2.9 percent drop from the 11,735,362 vehicles tallied in 2009.
