A man was shot in an alley behind 1810 E. 31st Avenue late Wednesday night, according to Denver police spokesman Lt. Matt Murray.
Murray said detectives have been able to develop little information about the incident because witnesses have been uncooperative.
The victim, who was shot about 10:56 p.m., was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The incident occurred about a block north of the Salvation Army Recreation Center and three blocks northeast of Manual High School.
