Arvada police are investigating a spree of car break-ins that happened Thursday night into the early morning hours today.
About 15 reports were made near the area of 64th Avenue and Ward Road. police said in a news release.
In some cases, the cars had been left unlocked, but in other cases there was forced entrys.
Items stolen include electronics, such as iPods, personal property and cash.
Police advise residents to make sure they always lock their vehicles, and not to leave valuable items in the car, even stashed under seats or in the trunk.
