Denver-based Amstar announced Monday that it sold the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center, a 496-room hotel in Alexandria, Va., for $121 million. Crow Holdings’ newest real- estate fund, Crow Holdings Realty Partners V LP, was the purchaser.
Amstar bought the 30-story property with its joint-venture and management partner Davidson Hotel Co. in 2005 for $93.2 million.
