Edgewater police today released the name of a woman found dead inside an apartment on Jan. 2, but they aren’t saying how she died.
Julia Rodriguez, 42, also went by the names of “Cielo” and Julia Abarca, police said. The death has been classified as a homicide.
“The investigation into who killed Ms. Rodriguez continues and any updates will be given as warranted by this office,” police said in a statement.
Rodriguez was found by maintenance workers who were checking for a broken water pipe at the unit at 2608 Kendall St.
