UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN COLORADO: Has selected Kristin Klopfenstein to lead its Education Innovation Institute. Klopfenstein most recently served as interim director of the Texas Schools Project at the University of Texas at Dallas.

COLORADO SCHOOL OF MINES: Named Terence Parker executive vice president and provost. Parker joined Mines in 1994 and has served as engineering-division director since 2006.
