BOGOTÁ, Colombia — Colombia police say they’ve captured the chief go-between linking the country’s cocaine suppliers and Mexico’s Sinaloa cartel. The judicial police chief, Gen. Carlos Mena, said Julio Enrique Ayala Munoz is wanted for extradition to New York on drug trafficking- related charges.
