Lindsay Lohan was rumored to be a part of this season’s Celebrity Apprentice, but the Donald turned her down.
“(The Lohans) approached me, and we did talk about it. It’s just not the right time,” Donald Trump told Life & Style. “Lindsay has to straighten herself out first. And I know Dina, she’s a really lovely woman. I don’t think she gets very much credit — she’s tried. I know Michael a little bit. It could happen in the future, but right now we need to see Lindsay get straightened out.”
The new cast will include La Toya Jackson, Lisa Rinna, Hope Dworaczyk, Nikki Taylor, Star Jones, Dionne Warwick, Meatloaf, Gary Busey, Mark McGrath, David Cassidy, Richard Hatch, Jose Canseco, John Rich, Lil Jon, Nene Leakes and Marlee Matlin.
Alicia Silverstone and husband Christopher Jarecki will welcome their first child later this year.
Silverstone, 34, who tapped into her maternal side last year while playing a pregnant woman in Broadway’s “Time Stands Still,” hasn’t been shy about desire to become a mother.
“I’ve been wanting to have a baby since I was 2 years old,” she told the mag in April. “I’m destined to be a mother.”
The actress and Jarecki, 40, tied the knot in June 2005 in Lake Tahoe after eight years of dating.
Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones made a happy appearance at the Icon Award Presentation during the 22nd Annual Palm Springs International Film Festival in Palm Springs, Calif. A cancer-free Michael stood strong next to his wife as he was celebrated for his acting prowess and extensive career in Hollywood. Michael beat his battle with Stage 4 throat cancer and is very open about his recovery.
“The tumor is gone. But, you know, I have to check out on a monthly basis now to maintain,” Michael told Matt Lauer earlier this week on “Today.” “I guess there’s not a total euphoria. I’ll probably take a couple of months of getting checked out. But it’s been a wild six-month ride.”
Michael told Matt his sickness brought him closer with his family and has given him a fresh perspective.
“It gave me a really new appreciation of just how valuable, how precious good friends are and family,” the “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps” star shared. “And it’s not that I disregarded them before, but there’s a much deeper feeling. And I’ve talked to other cancer survivors about this, that — that happens, that you just really, really appreciate what’s important in life.”
He is writing a tell-all book about his ex wife Goldie Hawn, now Bill Hudson is firing off about his famous daughter.
Kate Hudson‘s biological father, with whom she hasn’t spoken for seven years, has lashed out in a new interview calling her ‘contrived’ and ‘spoiled’, and accuses her of neglecting her 88-year-old dying grandmother, according to radaronline.
He claims the 31-year-old actress, who announced last week that she is expecting her second child, is refusing to visit her ailing relative.
‘I have called Kate and texted her dozens of times begging her to help her grandmother, but she hasn’t responded to me,’ said Bill, who is currently shopping his book about his troubled marriage to her mom, Goldie Hawn.
‘She became very sick about a year and a half ago, and the whole family pitched in because it’s very expensive to care for her.
‘Kate doesn’t have to talk to me and she doesn’t have to give her a dime of her millions. All I want is for her to call and say, “Hi grandma”, before it’s too late,’ claims the musician in the interview with the website.
