Synergy Resources Corp., a Platteville- based oil and gas exploration and production company focused in the Denver-Julesburg Basin, announced Friday that it completed an $18 million private placement of its common stock.
The shares were sold to institutions and accredited investors in two closings on Dec. 23 and Jan. 11. The company received net proceeds of approximately $16.7 million.
