The bodies of a man and woman were discovered Saturday morning inside their home by Aurora police.

Detective Bob Friel, spokesman for Aurora police, said investigators suspect foul play, but they were not looking for any suspects.

The discovery happened before 5 a.m., when officers were called to the home to do a welfare check, according to Aurora police.

The unidentified man and woman were married by common law and rented the house in September.

Friel would not say whether children were in the home when officers made the discovery, but said the couple’s children are safe and are staying with relatives.

According to neighbors, there are four children, a 3-year-old girl, a 4-year-old boy and a set of one-year-old twins.
