BOULDER — Brittany Wilson scored a career-high 19 points and Brittany Spears had 18 to lead Colorado to a 66-60 overtime victory over No. 17 Iowa State on Saturday.

The Buffaloes (10-6, 1-2 Big 12) had lost 24 in a row to ranked teams and eight straight to Iowa State.

The Cyclones (13-4, 2-1) made only 7-of-31 shots in the first half and missed 5-of-6 free throws in OT.

Colorado led 29-22 at halftime and was up 40-27 early in the second. Iowa State went on a 12-2 run to close the gap to two points.

Chelsea Dale scored 11 points, including two free throws in overtime to put Colorado up 64-60 with 42 seconds left.

Northern Colorado 75, Eastern Washington 68

GREELEY — Courtney Stoermer scored 17 points as the Bears (7-9, 3-1 Big Sky) beat the Eagles (6-9, 3-1) and improved to 3-1 in the conference for just the second time in school history.

Stoermer moved into second all time with 367 assists, moving her past Jenny Gallagher (1994-97), who had 361.

Florida International 71, DU 63

Despite a game-high 24 points from Kaetlyn Murdoch, the host Pioneers (11-7, 3-2 Sun Belt) couldn’t get past the Golden Panthers (7-12, 2-3).

Denver shot 43.6 percent from the floor and 6-of-20 on 3-pointers, while the Golden Panthers shot 44 percent and 9-of-17 from beyond the arc.

TCU 66, Colorado State 40

FORT WORTH, Texas — The Rams (8-8, 1-2 Mountain West) fell behind early, not scoring their first points until 16:33 and dropping 22 points behind the Horned Frogs (12-6, 4-0). Meixandra Porter led CSU with 12 points. The Rams had 31 turnovers.

SALT LAKE CITY — Aubrey Vandiver scored 22 points, and Hillary Carlson and Randi Richardson each added 11 as the Cowgirls (12-4, 3-1 MWC) defeated the Utes (9-9, 2-2) for the first time since since March 3, 2007.

UNLV 63, Air Force 52

LAS VEGAS — The Falcons (5-11, 0-3) put together a late rally after trailing by as many as 13 points but still fell short to the Lady Rebels (8-10, 1-3) to remain winless in Mountain West Conference play.

Alicia Leipprandt scored six points to spark an 8-0 run by Air Force to cut the margin to 57-52 with 1:19 to play, but UNLV closed out the game at the free-throw line, scoring six straight points.

Metro State 73, CU-Colorado Springs 57

The No. 21 Roadrunners ended the game at Auraria Event Center on an 18-6 run after the Mountain Lions cut Metro’s lead to 55-51 with 6:31 left.

CSU-Pueblo 84, Regis 71

Rachel Espinoza scored a game-high 28 points as the Thunderwolves (9-6, 6-5 RMAC) beat the Rangers (7-8, 6-5).

Colorado Christian 68, Adams State 66

LAKEWOOD — Christina Whitelaw scored 18 points as the Cougars (11-3, 10-1 RMAD) held on to defeat the Grizzlies (11-6, 6-5).

Fort Lewis 80, Colorado Mines 64

GOLDEN — Dana Schreibvogel and Abby Jackson each scored 18 points to lead the Skyhawks (15-1, 10-1 RMAC) over the Orediggers (7-9, 3-8).

Metro State 77, CU-Colorado Springs 39

The Roadrunners (13-2, 10-1 RMAC) outscored CU-Colorado Springs by 30 points in the second half to top the Mountain Lions (4-11, 2-9) for their 10th consecutive win. The 39 points allowed is tied for the second-fewest in Metro history.

CSU-Pueblo 70, Regis 54

Kris Lawrie scored 15 points as the Thunderwolves (7-8, 4-7 RMAC) defeated the Rangers (5-10, 2-9).

Adams State 77, Colo. Christian 65

LAKEWOOD — The Grizzlies (11-3, 8-3 RMAC) shot a season-best 60 percent from the field and used a 20-2 run to begin the second half to beat the Cougars (4-10, 3-8).

Fort Lewis 86, Colorado Mines 83

GOLDEN — David Kanyinda’s 21 points helped the Skyhawks (13-2, 9-2 RMAC) edge the Orediggers (12-3, 8-3).
