A Colorado Department of Transportation clean-up crew picked up a trash bag on the side of Interstate 76 and found $10,000 in cash and drug paraphanelia inside, the Colorado State Patrol said today.
A State Patrol spokeswoman said that troopers responded and took the bag, found just south of Roggen, into State Patrol posession around 10:20 a.m.
It is not known how the bag got there.
