Rick Calhoun is stepping down as senior managing director of CB Richard Ellis’ Denver office effective Feb. 4.
“I will be taking some time to take my daughter on college tours, getting to know my wife again and deciding what I want to do next,” Calhoun said in an e-mail.
A search committee has been formed to find a replacement for Calhoun, who has been with CBRE for 15 years. In the interim, Kevin McCabe will lead its Colorado operations.
