A Weld County Court judge today ordered a Greeley-Evans School District 6 Board of Education member to stay at least 100 yards away from his business competitor’s home, business and body because of threats he made of a “shootout.”
Judge Charles S. Unfug made permanent a restraining order that bars Brett Reese from having contact with KFKA 1310 A.M. radio general manager Justin Sasso. The order also permanently revokes a concealed weapon permit that Reese has had for more than two years.
Sasso is a business competitor of Reese’s. Reese owns and operates 104.7 F.M. The Pirate radio.
Reese said he would appeal the decision.
