General Services Administration is kicking off the modernization project of the Cesar E. Chavez Memorial Building at 1244 Speer Blvd. The 180,000- square-foot building will undergo a complete modernization.

National Archives and Records Administration announced that the General Services Administration selected Oxford Development Co. Pittsburgh as the developer for its new Rocky Mountain Region facility in Broomfield. The new building will replace the National Archives facility at the Denver Federal Center.
