A man who was fatally shot over the weekend in Denver has been identified.
Marvin Smith, 33, was pronounced dead at Denver Health Medical Center about 5:45 p.m. Saturday, according to the Denver Office of the Medical Examiner. Smith suffered a gunshot wound to the stomach, the coroner’s office said.
About 5:10 p.m. Saturday, Denver police were called to the Wise Harris Arms Apartments, 605 26th St., just north of downtown, on a report of a shooting. When officers arrived, they found the victim. No arrest has been made in the case.
