Boulder police arrested a 19-year-old man Wednesday after he was alleged to have bitten a woman’s hand because she wouldn’t buy him beer, the Daily Camera reported.
The suspect, Stephen Edward Siebold, also is accused of hitting the woman on the head with a skateboard and attempting to choke her in the 1200 block of Elder Street.
