BROOMFIELD, Colo.—Helly Hansen will make the employee uniforms for Vail Resorts Inc.’s six ski areas starting next season.

Under a five-year agreement, Helly Hansen will design uniforms for employees who interact with customers and will get to market itself as Vail Resorts’ official uniform provider. It also will help market Vail Resorts promotions and events.

Helly Hansen’s global vice president of marketing, Erik Burbank, says the agreement is Helly Hansen’s largest uniform and marketing partnership so far.

He says the size of Vail Resorts and the diverse weather at its resorts present a unique challenge. Vail Resorts owns the Beaver Creek, Breckenridge, Keystone and Vail ski areas in Colorado and Heavenly and Northstar-at-Tahoe in California.
