BOULDER — The University of Colorado has canceled its study-abroad program at the American University of Cairo because of safety concerns, Provost Russell Moore said Tuesday. The Office of International Education is working with the university in Cairo to move the four CU students there to a safe location in Europe. The students had not yet started classes.
