FORT COLLINS — A former Loveland high school employee accused of having sex with a 16-year-old male student is asking a judge to allow her to see her children.
Courtney Bowles, 31, is charged with sexual assault on a child by a person in a position of trust and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The former instructional coach at Mountain View High School asked Judge Stephen Howard on Monday to modify an order saying she must stay away from anyone under age 18.
Bowles has two young children.
The Loveland Reporter-Herald reported that Howard will consider the request Tuesday.
Bowles was arrested Jan. 21 by a police officer who said she and the boy were found in a car in a park. Bowles resigned from her job.
